TechLink is a network of professional IT installers that focuses on system deployment and digital signage. They approached Blue Ridge Solutions with the project of building a portal that could be used to schedule, manage, and report on work orders as well as track and maintain their lists of clients, installers, and job sites. Multiple roles and associated accessibility parameters were required along with reporting capabilities for numerous data sources. With over a thousand installers spread across North America, the project had a considerable scope and a number of challenges. The final product exceeded expectations and resulted in multiple requests for additional custom features and accessibility options.
